About Us

Hi, I’m Margaret Fiddler. I help individuals and organizations navigate the complexities of food allergies and intolerances with confidence and compassion. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease at 19, I’ve spent the past 18 years learning not just how to eat safely, but how to manage the mental load, the social anxiety, and the constant need for self-advocacy that comes with dietary restrictions. With a decade-long background in the health food industry and a heart for inclusion, I support individuals, schools, and businesses in creating safer, more welcoming food experiences, because everyone should have a seat at the table.
